Land's End

A historic community on north Longboat Key

Land’s End is a private sanctuary of 12 residences on the edge of the Longboat Key overlooking Sarasota Bay. This small, gated community has an intimate, secluded feel and is the perfect location for making lasting memories with your loved ones: beaching, boating, swimming, and lounging on this island hideaway makes for a relaxing vacation or a calm permanent residence by the sea.

Community amenities include a large lap pool and tennis & pickle ball courts. A true boater’s paradise, Land’s End has 12 private boat slips, offered to its residences on a first-come, first-served basis. These slips offer long-term dockage, not just day, and are deep-water accessible.
Part of The Village of Longboat Key, Land’s End has beach ambiance that is hard to come by, with tropical birds and wild peacocks roaming around the verdant equatorial flora. This community is walking distance to decadent waterfront dining: both Mar Vista and Shore are around the corner!

Location: The north end of the Longboat Key features the Shopping Village, which hosts a grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and a new education center for Ringling College of Art & Design. Within 30 minutes, residents of Land’s End can be seeing an opera in downtown Sarasota, shopping antiques on Anna Maria Island, or visiting one of several beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Price Range: $1,500,000 - $4,000,000+
