Under Contract X 4
Real estate is all about relationships. It is more than filling out paperwork and showing properties. It is about knowing the substantive questions to ask, listening carefully, building trust and assuring discerning confidentiality. It is about knowing the market and sub markets within communities and assisting buyers and sellers in appreciating values and optimal positioning of offers and marketing strategies. Life’s major transitions most often include the buying and/or selling of properties. When I am trusted by someone to assist them in making the next major step in their lives, it is the result of the trust and sense of integrity I demand of myself and my associates. That is how it came to be that I recently assisted two friends/clients sell their homes and find their new homes in two extraordinary communities.
Ready for Rosedale
When my friends and former clients told me they were ready to move on from their Heron Lagoon waterfront home on Siesta Key to an inland golf community, I was excited to help them with this transition. Their Siesta home is currently under contract and closing soon, and we recently found their future home in the small lush landscaped Rosedale Gold and Country Club. Have a look at what we found:

From Land’s End to Lake Club
When I sold this couple, now great friends, their tropical escape condo on the north tip of Longboat Key, they were looking for secluded vacation paradise. They came to enjoy spending their time so much in Sarasota, they decided to transition to full time residents on the mainland. In 2018, I assisted them with selling their tropical oasis and began the search for a home that would fit their active lifestyle closer to the lively amenities of the mainland. We found the perfect place in this beautiful home in the Lake Club.

It really is all about the relationship: being trusted by my clients in their times of transition is an honor. I wish both these couples the best of luck as they move forward in the communities of their choice.
