The Artist’s Inspiration |
 A fourth generation artist on my maternal site; my creativity was expresed with performance in children’s theater and fine craft making. It wasn’t until I had achieved success in my business career and began raising my own family that I started to follow my intuitive creative callings to fine art.
My aesthetic sense has manifested itself not only in my fine art, but also in a conscious effort to create surroundings that bring a sense of grace to everyday life. Some of the intentional actions are as simple as using placemats and cloth napkins even if I am having a can of soup, always having some sort of living plants and flowers in my surrounds or allowing myself to be tickled by the innocence of a lady bug in my salad. It means paying attention to the natural beauty around me and the good deeds that occur in everyday life. This focus on the positive has helped me journey through life challenges with optimism and energy.
